Head of Creative
Hello creative,
Orange Hotel Marketing and our sister label Hotel Creatives partner up with lifestyle and luxury hotels to create and activate remarkable hotel brands. We’d be more than excited if you come and join us as Head of Creative. In this role, you build and lead our creative team, and sketch, scribble and script the story of hotels. With your imagination, you swing in some of the most heart-stirring brand communications while you innovate our creative approach.
What you'll do
Creative Work
- Lead branding and design projects.
- Work hands-on and side by side with the team on creative concepts, designs, and copy.
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards and is on-brand and on-strategy.
- Pitch creative work to clients.
- Create, discuss, and compose project briefs.


Innovate our Creative Approach
- Lead the creative vision for our agency.
- Create, adjust, and improve our creative processes and workflows.
- Set high-quality standards for all creative output and deliverables.
- Take our creative label Hotel Creatives to the next level.
Leading
- Build and lead our in-house creative team and freelance creatives pool.
- Manage the planning and execution of our creative work.
- Manage projects in terms of time, resources, scope and budget.
- Mentor and provide guidance for the professional development of the creative team.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to help develop Orange Hotel Marketing into the leading marketing agency for lifestyle & luxury hotels in Europe.

About the position

Candidate requirements
This may be your luck shot, since you:
- Proven experience as a creative lead, creative director or brand manager.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Committed to high-quality work, while managing project scope and timeline.
- Experience with creative projects, preferably with lifestyle or luxury brands.
- Solid understanding of concepting, design and copywriting. You can defend creative choices with conviction.
- Outstanding eye for detail and a great ear for the needs and thought process of clients.
- Hands-on approach and experienced with common design tools.
- An EU citizen and fluent in English (bonus points for Dutch).
- Experience in a (marketing) agency or service business is a plus.

Compensation package including incentives
€52.000 - €75.000 (full time), based on experience, expertise and fit, with room to grow. We win, you win. - Additional benefits. Company laptop and a net compensation for (personal) expenses, such as for working from home.
- And even more... Half day off on your birthday, option to work remote for 2 weeks per year, and special discounts at several clients (hotels, restaurants, cocktail bars)

- Holidays. 25 holidays and 8% holiday allowance included. Option to earn or buy additional holidays.
