Orange Hotel Marketing builds strategies and supports high-end hotels, both nationally and internationally. We’d be more than excited if you come and join us as a Client (Account) Manager .
In this role you are a hotel’s strategic sidekick. You have solutions for their challenges and a keen eye for opportunities. Whatever happens, you are the guiding light in a fast-changing marketing landscape.
This may be your luck shot, since you:
Have proven experience in client success management and/or account management
Are a star in maintaining client relations
Understand the essentials of digital marketing and the hotel industry
Know that the devil is in the details
Are very organised and make juggling look easy
Can guide a team to achieve objectives
Are an EU citizen and chatty in English
(Bonus points if you speak Dutch too..)

Your day
EARLY MORNING
You start with a fresh espresso at Hotel Pulitzer Amsterdam to discuss the planned activities for the next quarter. The Pulitzer team wishes to take their website to the next level. You go through their requirements and explain how we can accommodate those. Then you rush back to the office to brief our designer and developer.


BEFORE LUNCH
Hotel Castell d’Emporda in Spain will soon wrap up a sizzling summer. An eye-catching multi-channel campaign in various countries should accelerate demand for the autumn season. You pep up the team for a zippy brainstorm and work on the campaign plan. You then set the entire operation in motion, with briefs for the digital marketer, designer and developer.
AFTERNOON
After lunch you organise a meeting with your team. Time to see who made which customers happy this week. Did we accomplish all planned activities? Which tasks should we put on the planning board for next week?
